Payment

1. Do we offer cash on delivery?

Answer: No. We only deliver via postage.

2. What kind of payment do you accept or processed in?

Answer: All Earclipse orders are processed in Malaysia ringgit (MYR).

We accept payment from major credit cards, debit cards that you can pay via Stripe/PayPal. Also, we accept payment TNG, DuitNow QR and use Stripe that you may pay thru Malaysia online banking ( FPX ). We do accept manual payment too.

Prior to confirming your order, kindly carefully review the total amount and content(s) within your cart. You should receive an email confirmation containing your order number and receipt immediately.

3. Is my payment secure?

Answer: Our customers' privacy is of the utmost importance to us. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted for your security. We will not leak or release the customer information to a 3rd party or marketing firm. We use industry-standard tools encryption to ensure your personal information is safe.

 

Order & Shipping

1. Is everything in stock?

Answer: Yes, all of our products are ready stock.

2. Something I want is out of stock. When will it be restocked?

Answer: Due to a small size of inventory, we will replenish the pieces as quickly as possible, within 10 working days. Also, we will discontinue some of the items in time. It will be listed on the "last stock" collection. Once it sold out, it will never be back in stock.

3. Do you ship worldwide?

Answer: Unfortunately we currently only ship to Malaysia. Please to stay tune our update announcement for shipment.

4. How long will it take to get my order?

Answer: It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-2 business days. We usually process orders within 24 hours in the non-peak season. If you need the parcel for gifting or are in a hurry, please kindly inform us of the arrangement. Please note that all the orders will only be processed from Monday to Friday, weekends and Malaysia Public Holidays will not be included.

5. When will my parcel arrive?

Answer: We use express shipping.

Parcel usually arrives in 

West Malaysia: 1-3 business days after fulfillment

East Malaysia: 5+ business days after fulfillment 

6. What shipping carriers do you you use?

Answer: We use all major carriers and local courier partners with Express Delivery only.

7. How much is shipping?

Answer: We usually engage Pos Malaysia/DHL Malaysia for your orders. You will receive an email with details on how to track the status of your parcel.

8. How do I track my package?

Answer: You'll receive a tracking number in a separate email from your confirmation email.

9. Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been placed? 

Answer: Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours upon receiving the payment. You can make amend/cancel to your order or wish to change the shipping address before we fulfil your order. Just drop an email to earclipse@gmail.com or send us a WhatsApp message at +6011-56858969 with your order details and new shipping address.

10. Can I request same-day delivery?

Answer: No. We normally will ship your order the next day. Or you can choose a specific date after you have made payment, please do email to earclipse@gmail.com or send us a WhatsApp message at +6011-56858969 with your order details and the specific date you wants us to ship.

11. Can I get an exact date of delivery?

Answer: All orders ship with delivery confirmations which can be used to track your package. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates.

 

Material & Care

1. How to take care of my jewelry?

Answer: We encourage our customer to take off the jewelry off when washing your hands, showering and sleeping. Avoid your jewelry from chemical (lotion/perfume).

2. What are the materials made of?

Answer: Each of our product descriptions has stated what it is made of

3. Can I wear all Earclipse jewelry in the shower or during exercise?

Answer: No. Only stainless steel or arcylic material can be in contact with water.

 

Other

1.Do you have a physical store?

Answer: No. We only operate online.

2. Does it come with a jewellery box?

Answer: No. However we pack our jewellery with a transparent bag.
