Refund & Exchange
1. Do you provide return or exchange for the item I have bought?
Answer: There will be no exchange for any purchase made. Resend or refund can only be done if there is any defect/wrong order has been delivered. All refunds will be done in 2-4 working days.
Though we work hard to ensure items are in good condition before dispatch, but items may be accidentally damaged during delivery. In this case, please contact us via email: earclipse@gmail.com or send us a WhatsApp message at +6011-56858969 within 7 days after receiving order with your order number and a photo of damaged items/ incorrect items, so that we can help to resolve this issue.
2. What if items come faulty?
Answer: We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your Earclipse jewelry. If the jewelry is exhibiting a genuine fault (damaged, broken, or broken in shape) between 7 days after you received the item, we will provide an exchange once the inspection is done.
The cost of the return parcel and delivery will be borne by Earclipse due to our mistake. Please email us at earclipse@gmail.com or send us a WhatsApp message at +6011-56858969 with a detailed description of the damage, including a picture of the jewelry that shows us the issue.
